About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of up to 10 people, including field sales representatives and territorial Key Accounts
- Monitor performance indicators and implement commercial actions for the Brives, Perigueux, and Limoges sectors
- Plan resources optimally to achieve objectives
- Collaborate with local sales halls and central support functions
- Coordinate between field sales, sedentary sales, and telesales teams
- Organize monthly business reviews and individual coaching sessions for team members
- Mobilize the team toward common goals and participate in recruitment
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven commercial experience in a similar role
- Experience in distribution (RHF) or CHR (Catering/Hotel/Restaurant) sectors preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proactive and ambitious mindset to increase market share
- Ability to develop networks and identify best practices
