Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 10 people, including field sales representatives and territorial Key Accounts
• Monitor performance indicators and implement effective commercial actions
• Plan resources to achieve objectives and support team skill development
• Collaborate with local Halles teams and central support functions
• Coordinate between field sales, sedentary sales, and telesales teams
• Organize monthly business reviews and individual coaching sessions
• Mobilize the team toward common goals and participate in recruitment

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven commercial experience in a similar role
• Experience in distribution (RHF) or CHR (Catering/Hotel/Restaurant) sectors preferred
• Strong leadership and ability to federate teams
• Proactive, dynamic, and ambitious mindset to increase market share
• Ability to develop networks and identify best practices
