About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and inform the sales force team consisting of field and inside sales
- Manage sales activities and achieve regional targets
- Monitor target/actual comparisons and continuously develop processes and sales territories
- Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing key accounts
- Observe market trends and competition to implement strategic measures
- Manage regional revenue through active KPI management
- Collaborate with wholesale management and report to the Head of Sales
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales leader
- Strong network and familiarity with tourism, hotel, and gastronomy sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer/inventory management systems
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills and customer orientation
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
