Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of a motivated staff to execute marketing functions
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and roll-outs for small advertisers in retail trading areas
- Build relationships with networks to expand online media and regional promotions
- Create sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches that align with client budgets and product value propositions
- Provide monthly and quarterly marketing reports to leadership
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in managing operations and client communications
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
- Proven experience in hiring and training staff
- Strong skills in advertising, sales, and delivering professional presentations
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered
