Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team by setting clear targets and tracking performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives and market opportunities.
• Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and upsell opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs using data to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment between sales and service delivery.
• Utilize AI and automation to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing pipelines and key performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for building long-term client relationships.
• Strategic thinking skills to translate company goals into actionable sales plans.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve sales efficiency and scalability.
• Must currently be located in KSA.
