Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop HVAC comfort advisors and sales representatives
- Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results
- Provide in-field coaching and feedback through ride-alongs with sales team members
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close to ensure high customer experience standards
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to align lead flow and installation capacity
- Analyze sales reports and trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic planning
- Ensure all proposals and system recommendations are accurate, ethical, and aligned with company standards

- Proven track record in HVAC or in-home sales management
