Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop HVAC comfort advisors and sales representatives

  • Provide in-field coaching and feedback through ride-alongs with sales team members
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close to ensure high customer experience standards
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to align lead flow and installation capacity
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic planning
  • Ensure all proposals and system recommendations are accurate, ethical, and aligned with company standards
