Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth by implementing strategic plans and maximizing market opportunities
  • Own and execute territory strategy by defining ICP, mapping key accounts, and driving quarterly go-to-market plans
  • Build and advance a high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach, social engagement, and events
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving cross-functional engagement with operations, IT, finance, and legal
  • Oversee Proof of Concepts, pilots, and negotiation of RaaS terms and multi-year agreements
  • Drive partner ecosystem growth by collaborating with system integrators, 3PLs, and channel partners
  • Deliver accurate forecasts using methodologies such as MEDDICC or BANT
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to achieve regional plans
  • Provide actionable market intelligence and competitive insights to product teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise new-business sales experience in B2B technology or industrial solutions
  • Experience in warehouse robotics automation, warehouse logistics, or supply chain sectors
  • Experience selling AMR/ASRS/automation or software-enabled industrial solutions
  • Existing relationships in 3PL, retail/e-commerce, and healthcare within the DACH region
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals valued at six figures or more
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and structured forecasting methodologies
  • Native or fluent German and proficient English communication skills
  • Valid passport and driver's license
  • High travel readiness (40–60%)
