Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Loan Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven success
- Drive performance to ensure the team consistently hits and exceeds monthly KPIs
- Analyze performance data and trends to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions
- Conduct daily call audits and provide actionable feedback to enhance communication and objection handling
- Hire and onboard top talent to integrate them into the company culture
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience
- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of high-impact sales leadership experience leading loan officers
- Proven track record of driving growth and exceeding targets in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience operating as a Loan Officer with active state licenses
- Deep understanding of the home-buying journey and financial services landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech, MortgageTech, or PropTech
