Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Loan Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven success
• Drive performance to ensure the team consistently hits and exceeds monthly KPIs
• Analyze performance data and trends to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions
• Conduct daily call audits and provide actionable feedback to enhance communication and objection handling
• Hire and onboard top talent to integrate them into the company culture
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of high-impact sales leadership experience leading loan officers
• Proven track record of driving growth and exceeding targets in fast-paced environments
• Previous experience operating as a Loan Officer with active state licenses
• Deep understanding of the home-buying journey and financial services landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, MortgageTech, or PropTech
