Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed individual and team goals
• Build a high-achieving sales team focused on identifying leads and pitching Lalamove’s services
• Analyze sales data to identify system weaknesses and report findings to management
• Develop and optimize sales processes to increase team effectiveness
• Manage the sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining client relationships
• Implement consultative selling techniques and ensure the team hits input and output KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales managerial experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable institution
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM programs
• Willingness to take accountability and work hands-on to drive results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Background in the logistics industry
