Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver budgeted sales and review brand performance to enhance commercial decisions
• Create a customer-centric culture and maintain host store/concession relationships
• Train, coach, and develop the team to forge and maintain client relationships
• Recruit and manage team members in accordance with company policy
• Oversee staff scheduling, floor coverage, and daily operational standards
• Manage KPIs including sales targets, mystery shopper scores, and client book sales

Requirements

• Currently working as a Senior Manager within a high-turnover business
• Experience managing large teams
• Prior history of P&L accountability and driving bottom-line contribution
• Proven ability to drive performance through people
• Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand
• Luxury experience preferred
