Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach a team of Account Executive and Account Managers to exceed segment KPIs and ARR targets
• Monitor statistics for the sales team and identify reporting discrepancies
• Support sales team with deal negotiations, objection handling, and closing
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to discuss deal constructs and forecasting
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest training to increase production
• Act as the first line of support for best practices
• Collaborate with the Director of the Area on sales strategies and operational excellence
• Conduct role play drills with potential sales candidates
• Cooperate with People Operations to manage HR-related issues, interviewing, and career development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of SMB and/or Mid-Market sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation experience and strategies
• Ability to provide productive feedback and coaching
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous people management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
• Experience collaborating with Partner businesses and Channel sales teams
• Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry
• Experience with Salesforce
