Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach a team of Account Executive and Account Managers to exceed segment KPIs and ARR targets
• Monitor statistics for the sales team and identify reporting discrepancies
• Support sales team with deal negotiations, objection handling, and closing
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to discuss deal constructs and forecasting
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest training to increase production
• Act as the first line of support for best practices
• Collaborate with the Director of the Area on sales strategies and operational excellence
• Conduct role play drills with potential sales candidates
• Cooperate with People Operations on interviewing, career development, and performance management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of SMB and/or Mid-Market sales experience
• Previous people management experience is desirable
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience is desirable
• Experience with Partner businesses and Channel sales teams is desirable
• Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry is desirable
• Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation experience and coaching abilities
