Responsibilities
- Build and develop a team that consistently hits ARR growth, retention, and account health targets
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies across the book of business
- Act as the executive sponsor and escalation point for key MSP relationships
- Maintain pipeline health through forecasting, CRM hygiene, and account planning
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to deliver for customers
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS or tech account management, ideally in the MSP or IT channel
- 2+ years leading or managing a sales team
- Deep understanding of the MSP industry and operations
- Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing customer base
- Strong Salesforce or equivalent CRM skills
- Disciplined, data-driven approach to sales management
- Natural coaching ability to develop team members
