Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a team that consistently hits ARR growth, retention, and account health targets
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies across the book of business
  • Act as the executive sponsor and escalation point for key MSP relationships
  • Maintain pipeline health through forecasting, CRM hygiene, and account planning
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to deliver for customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS or tech account management, ideally in the MSP or IT channel
  • 2+ years leading or managing a sales team
  • Deep understanding of the MSP industry and operations
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing customer base
  • Strong Salesforce or equivalent CRM skills
  • Disciplined, data-driven approach to sales management
  • Natural coaching ability to develop team members
