Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical products market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, or Veterinary Studies
• 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the veterinary industry
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Experience setting up and leading a sales business unit
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of chemical products market and industry trends
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and logistics processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
