Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives in our San Francisco headquarters
  • Own pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, and team performance
  • Create a rhythm of 1:1s, team meetings, deal reviews, and coaching
  • Establish playbooks, sales motions, and systems alongside Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Implement fresh perspectives and creative strategies to scale the business effectively

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales environments
  • 2-3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience scaling within early-stage or high-growth startup environments
  • AI fluency and enthusiasm for modern GTM tooling
  • Strong communication skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling a company from Series B through later growth stages
  • Background at companies known for strong product-led or modern GTM cultures
  • Strong opinions regarding sales tooling, systems, and GTM infrastructure
