Responsibilities

• Build a high-quality pipeline of potential customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closing
• Identify and qualify new customers based on financing needs
• Actively shape the team's sales strategy by sharing insights and best practices
• Utilize AI tools to improve work efficiency and quality

Requirements

• At least two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Experience in cold calling and comfort with high call volumes
• Fluency in German (C1) and business proficiency in English
• High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Ability to explain complex financial products simply

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience selling products or services to SMEs
• Strong curiosity and practical experience using AI tools for problem-solving
