About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth for Corvalent’s IoT software and hardware solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and forecasts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial and commercial customers
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations for major opportunities
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to expand company presence

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of industrial and commercial SaaS consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record in IoT, IIoT, or technology sales
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
