About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for Corvalent’s IoT software and hardware solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and forecasts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Set performance goals and conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial and commercial customers
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations for major opportunities
- Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to expand company presence
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales management experience
- 5+ years of industrial and commercial SaaS consultative sales experience
- Proven track record in IoT, IIoT, or technology sales
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
