Sales Manager Infection Control

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, margin, and order intake targets for the Infection Control portfolio
• Lead, develop, and motivate the Infection Control sales team in Sweden
• Ensure team competence development and effective performance management
• Drive forecasting activities in collaboration with the General Manager and Nordic Business Controller
• Develop and execute marketing and business development activities within agreed budgets
• Collaborate closely with the Service organization to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, Swedish regulations, and quality standards

Requirements

• University degree within a relevant field
• Proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within the MedTech sector
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage budgets and forecasts
