Sales Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Master the in-home sales system for windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example to set standards for performance and culture
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales success in home improvement or a similar industry
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue or maintaining elite closing percentages
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability required
