Responsibilities

• Master the proven in-home sales process for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
• Achieve key performance benchmarks
• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
• Drive accountability, culture, and results to develop future top performers

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team
• Weekend availability required
• Ability to travel occasionally for training and leadership development
