Sales Manager In Training

Responsibilities

• Perform hybrid duties as a Sales Associate while participating in a structured leadership training program
• Drive showroom sales by engaging with guests, presenting home furnishings, and guiding customers through the sales process
• Learn showroom management tasks including daily operations, inventory counts, and team performance management
• Handle customer service issues and resolve problems to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Shadow experienced managers to develop operational, leadership, and training skills
• Maintain showroom neatness and assist guests with financing options and delivery scheduling

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and navigate large showroom environments
• One or more years of related experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
