Sales Manager In Training

Responsibilities

• Perform hybrid duties as a Sales Associate while participating in a structured leadership training program
• Learn showroom management tasks including daily operations, inventory counts, and team performance driving
• Engage with guests to drive sales, provide top-tier customer service, and assist with financing options
• Shadow experienced managers to develop operational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Conduct training sessions with associates and communicate new showroom initiatives
• Maintain showroom neatness and manage customer accounts through prospecting and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and navigate large showroom environments
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of related experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective listening, relationship management, and the ability to influence

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
• High level of technology fluency, including experience using mobile devices for business transactions
