Sales Manager In Training

Responsibilities

• Perform hybrid duties as a Sales Associate while participating in a structured leadership training program
• Drive showroom sales by engaging with guests, presenting home furnishings, and guiding customers through the sales process
• Assist guests with financing options, creating invoices, and scheduling deliveries
• Learn showroom management tasks including daily operations, inventory counts, and handling customer service issues
• Shadow experienced managers to develop operational, leadership, and team management skills
• Conduct training sessions with associates and communicate new showroom initiatives
• Maintain showroom neatness and meet monthly sales goals and KPIs

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods in a large showroom environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• One or more years of related experience preferred
