Sales Manager In Training

Responsibilities

• Perform dual roles as a Sales Associate and a trainee for the Showroom Manager position
• Drive showroom sales by engaging with guests and presenting home furnishings and service options
• Assist customers with financing options, creating invoices, and scheduling deliveries
• Learn showroom management tasks including inventory counts, daily operations, and team performance tracking
• Shadow experienced managers to develop leadership, problem-solving, and operational skills
• Maintain showroom neatness and provide top-tier customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of related experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Ability to stand and navigate large showrooms for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day)
• Availability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
