About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams to optimize the shopping experience and increase sales and profitability
- Secure a consistent, seamless positive customer experience across all channels
- Manage staffing levels to ensure co-workers are available to serve customers effectively
- Deliver and lead the commercial action plan for the store in alignment with country goals
- Analyze qualitative performance using research tools to improve the sales system
- Follow up on financial goals, KPIs, and costs, taking action on deviations
- Identify and develop talent within the department to secure succession planning
- Ensure purchasing compliance with company principles and policies
Requirements
- Proven record of strong and successful leadership
- Experience setting and implementing action plans, budgets, and following up on goals
- Strong business analysis and numerical skills
- Understanding of profit and loss management
- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
- Willingness to work weekends, shift hours, and public holidays
- Passion for retail, home furnishing, and people development
