Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment activities and manage an enrollment team to grow BBA program numbers across Brazil and the Southern-Cone
• Coach and mentor team members on consultative sales approaches, value propositions, and USPs
• Manage team performance through regular reviews, 1-1s, and professional development frameworks
• Analyze the student pipeline to identify bottlenecks and opportunities using Salesforce and Tableau
• Develop annual and quarterly strategic plans in collaboration with the Regional Director
• Manage scholarship and travel budgets to maximize resource allocation
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Admissions, Marketing, Visas, and Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Proven track record in Business Development or related sales roles
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish
