Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for sales and strategic market development of the cement business in the West region
• Continuously develop sales strategy and identify new market and business potentials
• Lead the sales team both professionally and disciplinarily, focusing on employee development
• Analyze market, competition, and customer developments to drive economic success
• Act as a sparring partner for management and collaborate with international Holcim Group stakeholders
• Represent Holcim to customers and business partners to build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, technology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a responsible sales management role, ideally in building materials, cement, concrete, chemical, or petroleum industries
• Experience leading and developing high-performance sales teams
• Strong knowledge of strategic sales and business planning
• Experience working within international corporate structures
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
