Hjortviken Country Club is a premier destination offering a wide range of experiences, including two restaurants, six bars, a 1750 sqm Pool Club, 12 meeting rooms, and 150 hotel rooms. Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales within the MICE segment (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
- Identify new customer segments and prospect corporate clients
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and sales presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreements
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to increase business volume
- Handle large inbound B2B inquiries and ensure professional management
- Work structured in CRM to manage pipeline and customer activities
- Act as a brand ambassador through networking and social selling
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Proficiency with CRM systems and a structured workflow
- Strong business drive and communicative skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- An established network in a relevant geography is a plus
