About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve personal sales targets for off-plan residential and commercial projects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead follow-up to successful closing.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct clients, brokers, and investor networks.
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and virtual walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.
- Stay updated on Dubai market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate with internal teams for seamless handovers.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan developments.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, German, or Italian).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market and buyer profiles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
