About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and market share growth
- Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and emerging business segments
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and monitor performance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across enterprise and government sectors
- Oversee proposal development, quotations, and tender submissions
- Manage vendor relations to secure competitive pricing and certifications
- Stay updated on market trends in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Riyadh
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the IT industry
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise or government clients
- In-depth knowledge of IT products such as Managed Services, ITO, Cybersecurity, and Cloud
- Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes
- Fluency in Arabic and English
