About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and market share growth
  • Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and emerging business segments
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and monitor performance
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across enterprise and government sectors
  • Oversee proposal development, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Manage vendor relations to secure competitive pricing and certifications
  • Stay updated on market trends in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Riyadh
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the IT industry
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise or government clients
  • In-depth knowledge of IT products such as Managed Services, ITO, Cybersecurity, and Cloud
  • Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
