About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of AEs across enterprise and commercial segments
- Run pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and 1:1s
- Build repeatable sales processes including qualification frameworks and forecasting cadences
- Own team numbers and forecast with precision
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Ops
- Recruit and close top-tier AE talent
- Set the standard for customer interactions
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of frontline sales management at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
- Consistent track record of teams hitting quota
- Experience managing both enterprise and commercial sales motions
- Builder mindset with experience standing up new processes
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Strong forecasting discipline and data-informed approach to pipeline management
- Experience in PLG or product-led environments
