Sales Manager Fruit & Vegetable Expert

Responsibilities

• Act as a product specialist and promoter for the Fruit & Vegetable department, providing expertise on seasonality, sourcing, and culinary uses.
• Manage the department's commercial performance by developing a client portfolio through phone calls, visits, and immersion actions.
• Ensure high-quality product presentation, shelf stocking, and sector maintenance.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and local product sourcing to optimize the assortment.
• Share expertise and best practices with sales advisors and commercial teams to ensure high service standards.
• Propose and implement commercial animations and improvement actions based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a retail or commercial environment.
• Proven expertise in the Fruit & Vegetable product category.
• Strong commercial and sales skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including handling heavy loads and working in a fresh/cold environment.
