About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing
- Develop and manage direct customer relationships to ensure strategic alignment with client business needs
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor on Forcepoint's Data Security Everywhere solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver compelling customer propositions
- Work closely with local partners, VARs, and SIs to maximize market coverage
- Provide regular business updates to regional leadership and contribute to SEA growth strategy
Requirements
- 5-7 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of quota achievement and managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
- Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Strong understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Vendor-side experience, specifically with cybersecurity or data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, etc.)
- Experience working directly with Government, Education, or Healthcare customers
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape, including Microsoft, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, or Netskope
- Background in System Integration (SI) with a focus on driving customer business
