About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing
  • Develop and manage direct customer relationships to ensure strategic alignment with client business needs
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Forcepoint's Data Security Everywhere solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver compelling customer propositions
  • Work closely with local partners, VARs, and SIs to maximize market coverage
  • Provide regular business updates to regional leadership and contribute to SEA growth strategy

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vendor-side experience, specifically with cybersecurity or data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, etc.)
  • Experience working directly with Government, Education, or Healthcare customers
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape, including Microsoft, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, or Netskope
  • Background in System Integration (SI) with a focus on driving customer business
