Responsibilities
- Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and help people to act on their psychological homefield
- Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees
- Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents
- Create powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients/consumers and understand their day-to-day challenges
- Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool
Requirements
- High work ethic with sense of urgency
- Passion for developing and educating people
- Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do
- Proactive mindset and ownership of tasks
- Ability to sell yourself and FirstMind
- Genuine interest in helping others make better people decisions
- Experience and keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching
- Valid UK, US or EU work permit
