About the Company
Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, leveraging a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties.
Responsibilities
- Identify, explore, and onboard high-quality new partners (Direct Accounts / Hobby Shops) across the region
- Work closely with Direct Accounts to support grassroots community development such as trade nights and local events
- Develop localized sales strategies utilizing licensed properties to engage collectors
- Manage and optimize long-term relationships with mass-market distributors
- Negotiate commercial terms and set clear sales targets for distributors
- Partner with internal marketing teams to support product launches and brand campaigns
- Drive product merchandising and staff engagement at retail and hobby stores
- Track channel partner performance and complete sales forecasts and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience
- Background in consumer goods, collectibles, entertainment, or toys is a strong plus
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through direct accounts or hobby channels
- Experience building new markets and cultivating brand communities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills
- Genuine interest in fan culture and sports
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the trading cards or sports cards industry
