Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally through Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Greater China markets
- Drive revenue growth across retail, hobby, specialty, and online channels
- Build and manage relationships with distributors and strategic channel partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements and establish performance targets
- Strengthen relationships with major retail and eCommerce accounts
- Support new product launches and brand activations
- Monitor distributor performance and provide regular sales forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management
- Experience in consumer products, collectibles, toys, or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record managing distributor partnerships and key accounts in Greater China
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience expanding brands within Mainland China
- Cantonese proficiency
- Passion for fandom culture, sports, or collectibles
