Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s commercial strategy and action plans
• Drive revenue growth and optimize budgeted targets across all market segments
• Manage, develop, and acquire local and international corporate accounts
• Negotiate corporate contracts and preferential rates
• Participate in Yield and Revenue Meetings and contribute to pricing strategies
• Monitor booking pace, market trends, and distribution channel performance
• Oversee corporate and group reservation requests and data quality
• Prepare regular commercial and performance reports for management
• Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking
• Manage, train, and support the sales and reservations team

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales, commercial, or revenue management
• Strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and market intelligence
• Proficiency in PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and revenue management tools
• Fluency in English; French or additional languages are an advantage
