Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Corporate and MICE segments
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of corporate accounts, travel management companies (TMCs), and event agencies
  • Negotiate corporate rate agreements, group contracts, and MICE proposals
  • Conduct client visits, site inspections, and presentations
  • Produce monthly sales reports, forecasts, and track segment-specific KPIs
  • Handle all incoming group and MICE enquiries from initial contact to contract signature
  • Coordinate confirmed group bookings with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Events departments
  • Lead pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with operational teams
  • Train team members to ensure compliance and service standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, business development, or account management in hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full group sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with hotel booking systems (PMS, CRM tools)
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to achieve commercial KPIs
