Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Corporate and MICE segments
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of corporate accounts, travel management companies (TMCs), and event agencies
- Negotiate corporate rate agreements, group contracts, and MICE proposals
- Conduct client visits, site inspections, and presentations
- Produce monthly sales reports, forecasts, and track segment-specific KPIs
- Handle all incoming group and MICE enquiries from initial contact to contract signature
- Coordinate confirmed group bookings with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Events departments
- Lead pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with operational teams
- Train team members to ensure compliance and service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel sales, business development, or account management in hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full group sales cycle
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with hotel booking systems (PMS, CRM tools)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to achieve commercial KPIs
