About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Canadian sales team to leverage the Cancerguard portfolio and manage key accounts across the country
- Develop and implement national sales strategies as a member of the Canadian leadership team
- Optimize KOL management and peer-to-peer education strategies
- Spearhead the Key Account Manager team to strengthen collaboration with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders
- Manage territory performance through quantitative and qualitative goal setting and business reviews
- Recruit, retain, and coach a high-performing team of sales experts
- Foster a culture of high performance, integrity, and accountability
Requirements
- Significant pharmaceutical or diagnostics sales management experience, ideally in oncology or specialty business
- Proven track record of success promoting complex products in medical oncology or diagnostics
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience as a motivated coach capable of developing top-performing teams
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Clean driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing or managed care experience
- Life science degree or clinical experience
