About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own early-funnel sales by identifying, qualifying, and tracking new leads in the Polish market
  • Conduct opportunity qualification and pre-sales activities to assess customer needs and commercial potential
  • Prepare high-quality customer presentations, offers, and tender documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Coordinate tender submissions, ensuring all commercial, technical, and legal inputs are collected and submitted on time
  • Support customer engagement by participating in meetings and documenting requirements to move opportunities forward
  • Build market expertise regarding battery storage, energy trading, and the Polish flexibility market
  • Contribute to sales operations excellence by improving CRM workflows and documentation standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, or a similar commercially oriented role
  • Native Polish and full professional fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word for creating professional customer-facing materials
  • Strong CRM proficiency and a structured, reliable working style
  • Ability to understand complex products and translate them into clear, customer-oriented messages
  • Strong willingness to learn about battery energy storage and the Polish energy market

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the energy sector (renewables, BESS, PV, wind, or energy trading)
  • Familiarity with Polish electricity market mechanisms (Day-Ahead, Intraday, balancing market, etc.)
  • Experience with tender processes and proposal management
  • Prior experience working in a fast-growing scale-up or international environment
