Responsibilities

  • Build, hire, and scale the enterprise AE team from the ground up
  • Coach and develop the team on enterprise deal strategy, multi-threading, and forecasting discipline
  • Drive team performance and accountability for enterprise quota attainment
  • Maintain a strategic book of business, owning and closing key enterprise accounts
  • Develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook, including account planning and outbound strategy
  • Partner with GTM leadership to define enterprise ICP, pricing, and packaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to influence the roadmap
  • Establish sales process rigor using methodologies like MEDDPICC

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 2–3 years managing and developing enterprise AE teams
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales teams at early- to growth-stage companies
  • Deep experience selling complex solutions into IT, Security, and Engineering organizations
  • Expertise in managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–12+ months)
  • Strong player-coach mentality with the ability to carry a strategic quota
  • Exceptional leadership and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building enterprise teams from 0 to 5+ reps
  • Track record of developing senior sellers and promoting leaders
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message methodologies
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
  • Comfort leading technical sales motions such as proof-of-concepts and security reviews
