Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Own and guide the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close
- Build and refine enterprise sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, and forecasting models
- Partner with prospects to establish Profound as the preferred partner for AI visibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Success, and Engineering
- Drive pipeline generation strategy and shape top-of-funnel programs
- Establish enterprise sales processes and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales leader with experience closing large, complex SaaS deals
- Experience managing high-performing teams
- Skilled in multi-threading, stakeholder alignment, and navigating procurement and legal reviews
- Strong coaching skills for discovery, messaging, and negotiation
- Highly strategic and structured with ability to build repeatable systems
- Comfortable owning forecasts and driving predictable revenue outcomes
- Passionate about AI and its impact on search and discovery
