About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Account Directors for strategic enterprise Digital Native accounts
- Set the GTM strategy including segmentation, territory design, and expansion coverage
- Coach senior sellers through complex technical and executive sales cycles involving C-suite stakeholders
- Drive disciplined pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and consumption planning
- Partner with Solutions Architecture, Product, Legal, and Security to land and expand AI deployments
- Translate customer needs into product feedback for APIs, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Codex
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise sales, GTM, or sales leadership experience
- Proven experience leading teams selling to strategic Digital Native or technology accounts
- Experience managing complex enterprise buying motions involving technical, security, and legal stakeholders
- Working fluency in APIs, platform technologies, AI/ML concepts, and consumption-based commercial models
- Strong operating discipline in forecasting and performance management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling platform, cloud, infrastructure, or developer solutions
- Experience with scaled digital enterprises moving from pilots to production AI adoption
- Experience in public companies or high-accountability operating environments
