About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Account Directors serving strategic Digital Native and technology accounts.
  • Set the GTM strategy for the Digital Native segment, including segmentation, territory design, and expansion coverage.
  • Coach senior sellers through complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-suite, engineering, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and consumption planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architecture, Product, Legal, and Security to land and expand enterprise-grade AI deployments.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable product and commercial feedback for APIs, ChatGPT Enterprise, and emerging AI use cases.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales, GTM, or sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams serving Digital Native, SaaS, cloud, or AI-native customers.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise buying motions involving technical, security, and legal stakeholders.
  • Working fluency in APIs, platform technologies, AI/ML concepts, and enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated operating discipline in forecasting, account prioritization, and performance management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling platform, cloud, infrastructure, or consumption-based solutions.
  • Experience with scaled digital enterprises or late-stage technology companies transitioning to production AI.
  • Exposure to marketplaces, fintech, consumer internet, or modern data/ML platforms.
