Responsibilities
- Use sales talent to generate successful orders through competence and persuasion
- Conduct successful closing conversations with pre-qualified leads
- Utilize a modern CRM system to manage efficient and transparent workflows
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive the expansion of the company
Requirements
- Ability to direct conversations toward a successful close
- High motivation and commitment to exceeding sales targets
- Resilience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive approach
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
