Responsibilities
- Drive proactive new business and identify new market segments
- Conduct active meeting booking, networking, and site visits
- Manage the sales process from initial cold contact to signed contracts
- Strategically care for and develop existing key accounts to increase share of wallet
- Qualify incoming B2B leads quickly and professionally
- Create compelling offers and lead successful negotiations
- Ensure smooth handovers to the internal booking and operations teams
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales within hospitality, meetings, and events
- An established and relevant professional network in Stockholm
- Documented ability to drive deals from first contact to closing
- Experience in both offensive new customer acquisition and long-term Key Account management
- Fluency in Swedish and very good English in speech and writing
