Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales and business development activities to increase company revenue and market presence.
• Identify and secure new clients within luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and contract signing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee CRM management to optimize lead tracking, reporting, and client communication.
• Create, review, and negotiate proposals, quotations, and project contracts.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and brand alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales management or business development experience.
• Proven experience within the interior design, architecture, or luxury hospitality sectors.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel within the UAE, GCC region, and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• An existing database and professional network of industry contacts, developers, and architects.
• Strong understanding of local and regional luxury design standards and market trends.
