About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets for EHS advisory services
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts across industries like oil & gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure
- Lead customer engagement including prospecting, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM updates, and monthly performance reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to improve discipline and target achievement
- Coordinate with technical teams to translate customer needs into SGS solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in EHS advisory, environmental consultancy, or B2B professional services
- Proven track record in consultative selling, key account management, and tender participation
- Experience managing or coaching a sales team is preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) to customer sites and project locations
