About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets for EHS advisory services
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts across industries like oil & gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure
  • Lead customer engagement including prospecting, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM updates, and monthly performance reporting
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to improve discipline and target achievement
  • Coordinate with technical teams to translate customer needs into SGS solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in EHS advisory, environmental consultancy, or B2B professional services
  • Proven track record in consultative selling, key account management, and tender participation
  • Experience managing or coaching a sales team is preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) to customer sites and project locations
