Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of DUJARDIN's commercial activity and secure new orders
  • Develop and manage a long-term portfolio of clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities with public and private developers, general contractors, and institutional actors
  • Detect projects early in the cycle and collaborate with the pricing study team to build competitive technical and economic proposals
  • Manage responses to calls for tender and negotiate commercial and contractual conditions
  • Represent the company through targeted prospecting and participation in professional events and conferences

Requirements

  • Higher technical degree in Building/Construction
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a commercial role within a general contractor, technical design office, or control office
  • Technical knowledge in building rehabilitation (structural work, external thermal insulation, architectural and technical lots, fluids)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
