Responsibilities
- Drive the development of DUJARDIN's commercial activity and secure new orders
- Develop and manage a long-term portfolio of clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities with public and private developers, general contractors, and institutional actors
- Detect projects early in the cycle and collaborate with the pricing study team to build competitive technical and economic proposals
- Manage responses to calls for tender and negotiate commercial and contractual conditions
- Represent the company through targeted prospecting and participation in professional events and conferences
Requirements
- Higher technical degree in Building/Construction
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a commercial role within a general contractor, technical design office, or control office
- Technical knowledge in building rehabilitation (structural work, external thermal insulation, architectural and technical lots, fluids)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
