About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of a team of Account Executives through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions
  • Coach AEs on live deals with specific tactical guidance and join strategic deals to help close
  • Ramp new AEs and SDRs transitioning into AE roles
  • Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy
  • Run forecast calls and ensure visibility into revenue
  • Track key metrics including conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy
  • Interview and hire new Account Executives

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top-performing AE with clearly articulable numbers
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ AEs in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Full-cycle closing experience with mid-market deals ($30K+ ACV)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments
  • A desire to remain active in deals rather than pursuing a pure management role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI and ERP systems
  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
  • Ability to adapt coaching styles to different team members
